At Paluth, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a transparent and secure return process.

 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible:

  • Products must be unused and undamaged

  • Must be returned in original packaging with all labels and accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided

Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for refund.

 Returns Due to Defects

If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, you have up to 30 days from the delivery date to report the issue.
Please contact our support team with photos and a description of the defect.
After technical review, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost.

 Refund Process

Once the return is received and approved:

  • Credit card payments: Refunded via your provider (1–2 billing cycles)

  • Bank transfers / PayPal: Refunded within 5–10 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if defective)
